A "Band of Brothers" of the air war.

If you liked "Band of Brothers", you will enjoy this read. The Mighty 8th lost more men than any other combat unit during WWII and this is great history. It is a band of brothers in the air. Since my father was a B-17 pilot, this was of special interest to me.

Well written and VERY thorough accounting of the air war in Europe. I've read widely in this area over the years and this book has revealed new things. It's a good read and I recommend it!
